1. About these terms

These terms apply to Financial Mastery, operated by Financial Mastery (“we”, “us”), including the website, free tools and the digital products sold through our checkout partners.

2. Education only, not advice

Everything on the site, including calculators, quizzes, articles and products, is for general education and planning. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and it doesn't consider your personal situation. See the Disclaimer. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. Using the free tools

You may use the tools for personal, non-commercial purposes. Results are estimates based on what you enter and on simplified assumptions. Don't rely on them as the only basis for a financial decision, and verify important numbers with your lender, advisor or official sources.

4. Digital products

Products are sold through Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy, whose terms also apply to your purchase. When you buy a product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own household. You may print it for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute, sublicense or publish the products or any part of them, or use them to build competing products.

5. Previews

Product previews are provided so you can evaluate a product. You may not copy, download or redistribute preview pages.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content, designs, text, tools and products are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the licence above, no rights are transferred.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt or hack it, scrape it at scale, send spam through the contact form, or use it unlawfully.

9. Third-party links and services

We link to services we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, security or policies.

10. No warranties

The site, tools and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee any financial result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, savings, data or opportunity arising from your use of the site, tools or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

12. Changes and termination

We may update the site, products or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may restrict access if you breach these terms.
