Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Financial Mastery is operated by Financial Mastery (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@financialmastery.online or through our contact form.

2. What we collect

• Calculators and quizzes. They run in your browser. The numbers and answers you enter are not sent to us or stored on our servers. The one exception is the optional “Pin this result” button: if you choose “Pin on Pinterest”, the result image you created is uploaded to our storage so Pinterest can fetch it, and it is deleted after 24 hours. Pinterest then handles it under its own policy.
• Contact form. Your name, email address, message and optional order reference, so we can reply.
• Purchases. Payments are handled by Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy. They collect your payment details and are responsible for them. We may receive limited order information from them, such as your name, email address, product and order number.
• Technical data. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Cookie choices. We store your cookie preference on your device so we don't ask again. See our Cookie Policy.
• Analytics. We do not currently use analytics. If we add it, it will load only after you accept analytics cookies.

3. How we use your information

4. Legal bases (EU / UK visitors)

We process your information based on: your consent (analytics, optional cookies); our legitimate interests (running and securing the site, answering enquiries); performance of a contract (supporting your purchase); and legal obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: Cloudflare (hosting, security, bot protection), Resend (sending contact-form emails), Gumroad and Lemon Squeezy (checkout and delivery), and any analytics provider you consent to. These providers process data under their own privacy terms and, where required, under data-processing agreements. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to help you and for up to [24] months afterwards, unless we need to keep them longer for legal reasons. Cookie choices are kept on your device for up to 12 months.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your data-protection authority. California residents may also have the right to know, delete and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. 9. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Links to other sites

Our site links to third-party services such as checkout pages and social networks. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
