Refund Policy

1. Look before you buy

Every kit page shows the first 12 pages of its Launch Plan, its workbooks and the full list of files. Inside the kit shows every workbook tab, and several of the calculators inside the kits are free on this site. The 2-minute check recommends the smallest kit that fits where you are. Please use them: they are how you make sure a kit is right for you.

2. When we refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase. We refund in full if, after we've tried to fix it (section 4), one of these is still true:

• A file is broken. A workbook or PDF won't open, or is corrupted, in supported software: Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, Microsoft 365 (Windows or Mac), Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc.
• A feature doesn't work as built. In an unedited SAMPLE file, formulas show errors, the Checks tab doesn't show the model is OK, or a calculation described on the product page doesn't work.
• Something described is missing. A file, tool or book listed on the product page for the kit you bought isn't in your download.

If you were charged twice for the same kit by mistake, we refund the duplicate.

3. When we don't refund

• You changed your mind, or the kit doesn't suit your business or plans.
• You chose a different kit than you needed. We're glad to help you upgrade instead (section 6).
• The file is opened in software we don't support, such as Apple Numbers or Excel older than 2016.
• A file stopped working after it was edited. We'll still help you fix it.
• The issue is a limitation we describe on the product page or in the User Manual, for example that the clickable side menu doesn't work in Google Sheets.
• You expected personalised financial, legal, tax or investment advice. The kits are tools and guides, not advice.
• The request arrives after the 14-day period, or the kit has been shared or redistributed.

4. We fix first

Most spreadsheet problems are settings (Protected View, an old Excel version, a file opened in the wrong app) and are solved in minutes. When you report a problem, we reply within 2 business days with a fix, a corrected file or clear steps. If we can't make the kit work as described within 3 business days of your report, we refund you in full.

5. How to ask

Email support@financialmastery.online or use the contact form with:

• the email address you used at checkout and your order number;
• the kit and the file name;
• what happens, with a screenshot if you can, and the software and version you're using.

6. Upgrades

Each kit includes everything in the one before it. If you bought a smaller kit and need a bigger one, contact us before buying again and we'll help you move up fairly.

7. How you get your money back

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our checkout provider (Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy). They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Taxes collected at checkout are refunded with the order. Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the kit ends and you should delete the files.

8. Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase, that right may end once you agree at checkout to immediate access and start the download. Our checkout provider, as the seller of record, may also apply its own policies in some cases.

9. Please contact us before a chargeback

We answer every message, and a fix or refund through us is much faster than a dispute with your bank.
